IDEA DEVELOPMENT

For our final media project, my team mate shireen wanted to do something horror and fun,while on the other hand, I wanted to do something inspirational. We tried compromising and then decided to mix both of those genres together. 

Shireen was not clear in her mind on  what kind of horror she wanted to do, because everything is mostly the same in that particular genre. She liked psychological horror so we added that. 

What we sow, is what we reap.

Most people forget that whatever we do always comes back to us. People do horrible things but tend to forget this concept and think it’s just a saying. Well, everyone needs this reminder that this is not just a saying but it’s reality and this happens. As I wanted to add some moral/inspiration to our film opening this was the perfect idea. Shireen and I combined both the genres and came up with the idea of our film opening.We both agreed to this idea as it combines both the horror part and the inspirational part of this film opening. 

Shireen was majorly inspired by the film “ouija” 

 Shireen got inspired and thought to put one scene in which the main role of this film would be using this ouija board to curse other people. From this, the concept of what we sow is what we reap will arise.
